Author's Guidelines
We invite authors to submit original, high-quality research. Submissions must be unpublished and not under review elsewhere. All manuscripts should be submitted via Microsoft CMT in strict adherence to the IEEE standard template.
Formatting Rules
- Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" × 11")
- Length: Max 6 pages (incl. figures/refs)
- Extra Pages: Up to 2 allowed with fee
- Layout: Double-column, single-spaced
- Font: 10pt Times New Roman
- File Format: PDF (Max 5MB)
- No page numbering in manuscript
General Instructions
- Papers violating formatting guidelines may be rejected.
- Submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Simultaneous submissions prohibited.
- Official language: English.
- Strict adherence to IEEE two-column format.
- All visual elements must fit within page limits.
- Review based on originality, quality, and clarity.
- Submission exclusively via Microsoft CMT.
The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to accept or reject papers.
